3.Train yourself
It doesn't matter what you do, but do trainings three times a week and make a habit from this if you feel tired. Fitness exercises not only dismiss the muscular tension, but it helps in growing the metabolism's rate, in having a correct posture, in increasing blood pressure and in improving your breath.
4.Meditate
Relaxing exercises in the morning diminish stress (the hormones that cause stress are reducing) and it helps balancing the cardio rhythm and lowering blood pressure. Meditating will train your mind and will help you concentrating at what you do. Peace and calm won't delay to appear.

Course, for succeeding it is more sure to make these changes one at a time, there’s no need to rush because if you try to make too many at the same time you can end failing with all.
