MATERIALS:
350 gr. minced
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Fresh tomatoes
1 can tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, basil
1 package lasagna
MATERIALS For the filling:
1 egg beaten
1 bowl Ricotta or cottage Cheese (400 g).
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
RECIPE:
Cook the pasta.
Drain them and set them aside.
Boil the meat and remove fat.
Add the onion, garlic and remaining ingredients.
Stir, then cover and let them boil over high heat.
Simmer over low heat the sauce for 20 minutes, stirring.
RECIPE For the filling:
Mix remaining ingredients and egg in a bowl.
In a Pyrex spread in layers half pasta, half the filling over the pasta
half meat and half the cheese.
Repeat.
Place the Pyrex in hot oven and bake at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
