MATERIALS:
500 gr. Chickpeas
1 teacup Olive Oil
1 large sliced onion
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon flour
Salt, Pepper
juice of 1 lemon
RECIPE:
Place chickpeas in the water the night before.
The next day, drain them, add the baking soda, stir and cook for an hour.
Wash the peas on very well, put them in a saucepan and cover with enough hot water.
Once boiling commences, remove the foam and add the onion, the salt, the olive oil and the pepper.
Leave the peas to simmer.
Just before you turn off the heat add the flour to the pot after you have dissolved it in lemon juice.
Leave the chickpeas to get another boil and serve.
