MATERIALS:
1 / 3 cup butter
1.5 pound piece of pork fillet
1 / 2 cup red wine
1.5 cup beef broth
1 / 2 teaspoon thyme
1 / 2 teaspoon rosemary
Salt, ground black pepper
1 / 2 pound pitted dried plums
RECIPE:
Put the butter in a saucepan over high heat.
Sauté the pieces of the fillet, until golden brown from all sides.
Pour the wine and boil hard 1 minute.
Add the beef broth, herbs, salt and pepper.
Simmer 10-15 tenderloin 'to soften without drying.
Remove with a slotted spoon to a bowl and pour the plums.
Cover and simmer them, until they rise and stay with some thick sauce.
Insert pieces of beef tenderloin and stir gently over medium heat to warm up well.
