MATERIALS:
500 gr. Grated Cheese
4 eggs
6 slices of bread crumbs only
100 gr. butter
1 cup water oil
1 glass of beer
pepper
RECIPE:
Put oil in frying pan and fry the slices of bread.
Pull them out and put just a platter.
In a saucepan, grate cheese, add butter and 3 / 4 beer.
Put the pan into the fire and stir until cheese melts, but not boil.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Pour slowly into the pot of eggs, only beaten yolks.
Add pepper and place the pan into the fire.
Add the remaining beer and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, until it becomes a thick cream.
Take one by one slice of bread.
6 Divide the mixture and brush over each slice of bread.
Put the slices in a medium oven and bake until cheese is golden brown.
