MATERIALS:
7 eggs,
1 / 2 pound of milk,
salt,
1 cup. olive oil,
a little flour as needed,
1 / 2 kilo minced meat,
2 onions,
4 cloves garlic,
black pepper,
cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice,
1 glass of wine butter,
veggie oil for frying,
grated Parmesan cheese,
1 tablespoon tomato paste for tomato sauce
Recipe:
Beat the eggs, the olive oil, the milk, adding little by little the flour until it becomes a nice mix.
Put in the fire the pan with the veggie oil.
When the pan is very warm we put each time a tablespoon of our mix and make uniform pies, where we make our cannelloni. Make as much as you want.
Roast with the butter the onion, the garlic and the mince.
Add all the spices and a little tomato sauce.
Let it simmer and the filling is ready.
Fill one by one our cannelloni.
We fold them by placing them in a pan with butter.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Put the remaining tomato sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
