MATERIALS:
1 kg beef
300 kg carrots
1 and a half kilos of potatoes
4 onions
100 kg butter
2 eggs
2 juicy lemons
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
Cut the beef into pieces.
The wash and drain.
Place the butter in a saucepan
Steaming the meat lightly and add water.
Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
Peel the onions and carrots in medium pieces.
These all add to the pot with the meat.
Put salt and pepper.
Cover the pan and cook until you are left with a little broth.
In a bowl beat eggs.
Pour lemon juice into the bowl and get some juice from the pot.
Pour the food with lemon sauce.
