MATERIALS:
Pound beef tenderloin
600 gr. purified pea
flour
80 g oil
9 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon butter
2 lemons
oregano
Salt and pepper
oil for frying
RECIPE:
Wash the meat and drain.
The drill, fill in the holes, garlic, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with oregano and flour.
Put oil in a saucepan to heat.
Add the meat to brown.
The add the lemon juice.
Pour as much water as you need to just cover.
Add oregano yet.
Cover the saucepan and cook over low heat and left with a little sauce thickens.
In another pot roast butter.
Add the peas.
Add a little water, salt and pepper and cook for a while.
Cut the meat into slices and serve.
