MATERIALS:
1 pound spinach
200 gr grated cheese
200 gr Greek Feta cheese
200 gr. slice
2 eggs
6 tablespoons bread crumbs
butter
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
Clean and wash the spinach.
Cut it fine.
Then rinse, squeeze them well and put them in a large bowl.
Add the cheese, greek feta cheese, bread crumbs, a little oil and 4 eggs.
Mix well.
Place the pan in the oven with a little olive oil.
Spread mixture in baking dish.
Sprinkle a little grated cheese.
Sprinkle with a little butter and cook the food in moderate oven.
