MATERIALS:
1/2 pound of beans
1 pound small onions, peeled
300 g Olive oil
1 cup wine vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato paste melted in water
5 cloves garlic
cloves or bay leaves
rosemary
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
Boil the beans about 30 minutes and drain.
Put in the pot the beans and the small onions.
Add the garlic, spices, oil, vinegar, tomato melted, salt and pepper.
Seal the pot well and allow the food to cook and stay with some sauce.
We test constantly and when it's ready we serve it hot.
