MATERIALS:
1 1 / 2 kg Zucchini
250 g fresh butter
3/4 kg Greek Feta Cheese
3-4 green onions chopped
2 eggs
oil for frying

RECIPE:
Starting this EASY RECIPE by pulling the flesh from the zucchini.
In deep skillet Blanch the onions with half of the butter.
Add the kernels of zucchini.
Remove them from heat.
Add the crumbled feta cheese, 2 eggs, lightly beaten and some fresh mint.
Stuff the zucchini and close it with it's cover.
Sauté lightly with oil and butter.
Add a little water or vegetable broth until cooked completely.
