MATERIALS:
1 large cauliflower
3 eggs
50 gr Butter
30 grams Flour
1 cup milk
100 gr grated cheese
nutmeg
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
Wash the purified cauliflower.
Boil the cauliflower in salted water and cut it into thick pieces.
Put half the butter in a saucepan over low heat until melted.
Add the flour and then stir, until become golden.
Pour slowly the milk and stir until the sauce thickens.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Beat the eggs and mix them with the sauce and the grated cheese.
Put inside and the cauliflower, add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Put the entire mixture into a buttered baking dish, and spread it all over.
Flatten the surface of the mixture everywhere and add from above the remaining butter into chunks.
Bake the mixture at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
