MATERIALS:
1 pound cabbage
2 cups brown rice
1 onion
a little chopped celery
1 1/2 cup. Tea Oil
1 level tbsp tomato-paste
RECIPE:
We begin this quick recipes with us to wash the kale well.
Cut small pieces.
The zematame in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Clean the rice, wash it and leave covered in one place.
Put oil in a saucepan.
Finely chop the onion and saute until golden.
Add the cabbage and celery and saute those with a little onion.
Mash the tomato water, add to the pot and boil them together.
Just fill in the cooked rice.
Make and even some water if necessary.
Once ready leave to cool and serve.
