   MATERIALS: 
 Half package spaghetti
 
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 
 150 grams of bacon into small pieces
 
 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks
 
 100 grams grated parmesan cheese
 
 salt and pepper
 
 1 cup cream
 
 Nutmeg
 
 3 tablespoons olive oil
 
     RECIPE: 
 Boil pasta and strain.
 
 Beat in a bowl the eggs, the 2 extra yolks and cream.
 
 Immediately after, put the bowl salt and pepper, nutmeg and parmesan.
 
 Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the garlic and bacon for 3 minutes.
 
 Put back the spaghetti in a pot and put on the oil with garlic and bacon.
 
 Bring to a boil, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
 
 Then pour the egg mixture in your bowl over the saucepan.
 
 Stir for 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
 
 The carbonara is ready.
