MATERIALS:
One package spaghetti
From 300 grams sliced mushrooms and chopped ham
1 tsp. flour
2 cups. cream
A little nutmeg
Grated cheese of your choice
3 tsp. butter
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
Put in a pan on low heat the butter.
Add the ham and mushrooms.
Stir constantly and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Take them out with a fork.
In the same pan, add the flour and stir for another 3-4 minutes.
Then add the cream, the salt and pepper and the nutmeg.
Continue stirring the mixture for another 5 minutes.
Fill in the ham and mushrooms, stirring for 5 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 10 minutes.
Once cooked, serve the spaghetti and pour over the wonderful sauce Genovese.
