MATERIALS:
150 kg Katiki Cheese
100 kg ricotta
Feta cheese melted 100 kg
5 mint leaves, finely chopped
2 tsp. tablespoon olive oil
Chopped dill or parsley and a half cup
salt and pepper
RECIPE:
In a bowl, add all, the cheese, the mint, the olive oil, salt and pepper
Mix well and mold to become a mass.
Put it in the refrigerator for one and a half hour.
When we put it out, we dip our hands in the oil, take pieces of the mixture and shape into balls size of small walnuts and dip them in the dill or parsley.
Fry in olive oil.
Nice snack for Greek Ouzo or any Wine.
