MATERIALS:

4 large potatoes

foil

Salt and pepper


Recipe for cheese sauce:

Mix the grated cheese 1 cup

Melted butter 30 ounces and

half cup cream

1 onion, chopped

Salt and pepper


RECIPE:

Wash the potatoes well.

Rap each one and close the well in large pieces of foil after seasoning with you.

Put them in the pan and bake in oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.

Just before serving, gently open the foil cut in two potatoes.

Pour the cheese sauce and serve.
