MATERIALS PRESCRIPTION:
1 kg Pumpkin, cooked and cheese crumbled
4-5 tsp. olive oil
1 onion, grated
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 bunch mint leaves, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1.5 cups. flour, all purpose
750 gr. Feta cheese, mashed with a fork
1 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
Half a cup. Toast, whole grain, crushed
Olive oil or butter for baking dish
OUT PRESCRIPTION:
Start one of the most EASY RECIPES, prothermanontas oven to 250 degrees.
Mix in a bowl with 2-3 tbsp. oil (or butter)
courgettes, which before you drain well,
the 1 cup flour
grated onion
parsley, mint, salt and pepper.
Add milk and eggs and two thirds of the slice.
Stir well to make it thick, like cake mixture.
Add flour as needed.
Butter or grease a Pyrex glass baking dish and sprinkle with half the breadcrumbs.
Pour the mixture over the kolokythopitas. Put a spatula.
Put on top the rest of the cheese and press to chothei the mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining breadcrumbs and drizzle with remaining oil or butter.
Bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees.
Then lower to 180 degrees and continue baking for 20 more minutes, until browned and thickened the pie.
Allow to cool slightly, then the cut and serve.
