MATERIALS:
PASTA 1 package
1 cup of tea oil
salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic
some cinnamon
1 pinch clove
1 small can of tomato paste
200 gr. Kefalograviera cheese
RECIPE:
Place the pot in the fire with water.
Once boiling add the salt and the pasta immediately.
Mix them not to stick and leave until boiling.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Prepare the sauce:
Chop garlic, add half the oil and saute.
Add the tomatoes and stir until brown in a pan.
Then add water, pepper, salt.
When boiling, add the spices and let the sauce boil.
With the remaining oil, drain the pasta and put butter.
