MATERIALS :
800 g smoked pork, convergent or apaki
From 1 tsp. Soup: butter and oil
2 tsp. tablespoon mustard
1 cup milk
Recipe:
In deep skillet, heat butter and oil.
Spread each slice of pork on one side with mustard.
Put them in the pan to the side of mustard resting on the bottom of the pan.
On low heat fry for 5 minutes.
Spread with mustard on the side.
You turn them side and cook for another 5 minutes.
Leave the pan alone pork pouring the butter, oil, etc.
Pour the milk into the pan and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Then serve.
Accompany with a nice rice and white wine.
