MATERIALS:
4 Red Fishes cleaned
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup white wine
2 teaspoons rosemary
juice of one lemon
1 bunch dill
a little thyme or oregano
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Sprinkle the fishes with a little rosemary, dill, thyme or oregano, salt and pepper.
Place the fishes in a pan and put them the wine, the lemon and the olive oil.
Let it cook for 60 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve with steamed greens or steamed zucchini and a nice white wine.
