MATERIALS:
1 Leg of lamb
1 1 / 2 pound peas
1 / 2 cup. butter tea
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 / 2 pound ripe tomatoes
Salt and pepper
RECIPE
Rinse the leg
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
You put it in a pan with butter and chopped tomatoes.
Put the pan in the oven.
Wash the peas and add to pan.
Add water, salt, pepper and chopped dill.
Leave on low heat to cook the meat and peas as well as the sauce thickens food.
