MATERIALS:
1 kg lamb shoulder, cut into portions
1 package frozen artichoke
3 eggs
7 tsp. tablespoon oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 lemons squeezed and a little chopped dill
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
Starting one of the most NOSTIMES RECIPES, warming the oil in a saucepan and cook the lamb for 5 minutes being careful not to stick.
Put onion, dill, and stir for 4 minutes.
