MATERIALS:
SALMON 4 thick slices
3 tablespoons olive oil. soup
lemon juice 2 tbsp. soup
1 onion, finely chopped
4 tsp. tablespoons vodka
oregano
salt and pepper
2 tsp. finely chopped parsley
RECIPE:
- In a bowl mix the olive oil, lemon, onion, vodka, oregano, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Wash the slices of salmon and put them in the marinade and turn the cover and on the other side.
- Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
- Drain and cook in the grill (13 minutes), turning once until meat shake without parapsithoun.
- Served very well with grilled vegetables and white wine, bon appetite.
