MATERIALS:
500 gr. tagliatelle or lasagne
4-5 zucchini
4-5 carrots
2-3 onions
100 gr. cream
2-3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon curry
100 gr. gruyere
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
- Wash the zucchini, carrots and scallions, cleaned and cut into thin slices
- Boil for 2-3 minutes, the zucchini with carrots, throwing salt in the pot
- Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle or lasagna for about 13 minutes, throwing salt in the pot
- Make the sauce in a pan, add some butter and onions and leave for 2-3 minutes, just enough
wilted but not browned
- Once the onions wilt, put the curry and cream and mix inside the sauce and add the cooked zucchini, carrots and pepper
- Remove from heat tagliatelle or lasagna, place them in a bowl and put over the sauce
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the sauce with pasta
