MATERIALS:
6 large potatoes
3 gr. Broccoli
200 gr. katiki or ricotta cheese,
100 gr. Greek Kefalotiri cheese,
100 gr. gouda cheese,
a little nutmeg,
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
- Wash the potatoes and leave them with their skin
- Bake for 40 minutes in the oven
- Wash and boil the broccoli for 5 minutes
- Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them in half and pour enough of the flesh with a spoon, leaving some flesh.
- Put in a blender the flesh removed from the potatoes, the boiled broccoli, the cheese, the nutmeg, the salt and pepper
- Fill in the potatoes with the mixture from the blender, after adding a little olive oil on each potato
- Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes in the grill in medium heat
