DIET RECIPE MATERIALS:
300 gr. Pasta, shells or any other color you like or not,
2-3 peppers of all colors,
5-6 zucchini,
10 olives of all colors,
2 tablespoons olive oil
Parsley
Mint,
Salt, Pepper
DIET RECIPE:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package and a little less minutes to avoid melting
- Drain them and put them in a large bowl
- Clean and wash thoroughly all vegetables
- Cut them into thin pieces
- Boil for five minutes and then immediately drain them
- Put the vegetables with the pasta to the bowl
- Add the olives and, after you have removed the stones
- Mix all the salad by placing the chopped parsley, salt, pepper and two tablespoons olive oil
