MATERIALS:
1 goat leg about 2 pounds
pound yoghurt,
1 lemon
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro,
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika,
half teaspoon of cardamom
half a teaspoon of saffron
5-6 potatoes
a little olive oil
salt
RECIPE:
To begin this wonderful recipe, since the previous night you should minus the goat's leg, devise and put into holes in the cloves of garlic.
Place in a bowl the yoghurt and mix with spices.
Spread with the mixture from the bowl, goat shanks.
Put in a pan or pot and seal top with foil or lid of the hull.
Leave it in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight to marinate.
The next day or after some hours, we put the leg on a rack over a baking tray.
Add a little water 2-3 fingers and bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees Celsius, until tender and golden brown.
Intermediate we add the potatoes.
Once you are ready to remove from the oven, cover with foil for about half an hour, then serve.
