MATERIALS
2 pounds lamb shanks,
2 cup of yogurt (sheep)
4 eggs
2 lemons
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
pepper, salt
RECIPE:
Wash thoroughly the lamb, rub with lemon and salt-pepper.
Plot a few holes and add the cloves of garlic.
Spread with butter and put it in a pan.
Let it cook for about 2 hours, and we turn over this from all sides.
In the end, and after being cooked, beat eggs, add a bowl where we put the yogurt.
Add to bowl the flour and salt and pour over the cooked meat in the pan.
We leave for another few minutes until golden brown.
