MATERIALS FOR THE RECIPE:
1 lamb pluck,
1-2 pounds intestines
1 pound fresh onions,
2 large lettuce
half cup of rice
3 eggs
1 bunch dill
2 lemons
A little olive oil
Salt and pepper
THE RECIPE:
Rinse thoroughly to pluck and guts, as the cut along.
Finely chop the net most livers and intestines.
Put to boil only for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, rinse well with fresh onions, lettuce and dill.
The finely chop them.
In a new pan saute the onions in olive oil, and add the livers and the intestines.
Then add in and cook and lettuce with dill.
Add about a half liter of water and boil for 40 minutes.
Immediately after adding the rice and cook for another 10 minutes and extinguish the fire.
To make the lemon sauce in a bowl, put 2 tablespoons of flour in a little water.
Then add one to one of the 3 egg yolks, and we at the end of the egg, stirring well.
And add the juice from lemons, and we always mix too well not to quit.
In the end we get about 1-2 large spoonfuls of broth from the pot and add to bowl with lemon sauce, again stirring well.
Pour the lemon sauce to the pot we stir well over the soup, and fire off.
