MATERIALS:
4 small pork steaks,
250 gr. slices of canned pineapple (with juice)
2 onions for stew cut in half
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ketchup,
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons butter
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
RECIPE:
- Remove the pineapple from the can and drain well.
- Pour the juice was preserved in a large bowl.
- Put it in the mix with ketchup, soy sauce, garlic and peppers.
- Place in the pork steaks and marinate it for at least 2 hours.
- After the steaks marinate well, remove it from the marinade and keep the marinade.
- Then sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and bake in preheated grill for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Meanwhile, put the onions in cold water, let it boil over high heat and drain.
- Put a quantity of onions in the center of each pineapple slice and place a slice of pineapple on each steak.
- Spread a little of the marinade in the steaks and cook for another 2 minutes until the pineapple is slightly golden.
- Meanwhile, put the remaining marinade in a saucepan, add the butter and the salt.
- Cook until it thickens slightly.
- Serve the steaks on warm platter and pour the sauce.
