Fresh Almond milk
A vegetal milk very rich and easy to absorb calcium.

Ingredients:
- 250 gr of raw almonds (kept in water for 7-8 hours)
- 3-4 spoons with honey
- 1 vanilla essence vial
Directions:
- You take out the almonds from the water that you kept them into the other night.
- You put all the ingredients: almonds, water, honey and vanilla into a blender and blend them until it becomes homogeneous.
- You can filter the milk or you can consume it as it is.
It is highly indicated for children past 6 months and adults.
