Ingredients:
8 small new potatoes cut into halves,
2 teaspoons of olive oil,
2 sliced carrots,
1 sliced zucchini,
1 sliced leek,
One teaspoon of thyme,
One teaspoon of rosemary,
2 peeled pieces of chicken breast,
150 ml of chicken soup
Directions:
Warm the oven at 180 Celsius degrees.
Put the potatoes into a small pan along with the olive oil, the carrots, the zucchini, the leek, thyme and rosemary and pour salt and pepper after your taste.
Put them into oven for half an hour, until they start to toast.
Take them out, mix the vegetables and put the chicken between them and take them back into the oven for another 15 minutes.
After this, take them out again, pour the soup and boil them into the oven for another 5 minutes.
