This is a refreshing recipe for a hot summer day.
Time for prep: 30 minutes + 5 hours in the fridge

Ingredients:
300 g of whole wheat biscuits,
100 gr of butter,
50 gr of brown sugar,
7 gr of jelly,
60 ml of cold water,
450 gr of cottage cheese,
400 gr of cream,
150 gr of sugar,
200 gr of blackberries and topping
Directions:
Chop extremely well the biscuits and then ad the brown sugar and melted butter and mix good, until it becomes homogenous.
Put the composition into a pan for cheesecake and press very good until it takes the shape of the pan.
After this cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the fridge.
Mix the cheese with the mixer until it becomes a soft cream, ad the jelly with the sugar and a bit of salt and mix.
After this ad the cream and mix again.
Pour this cream on the biscuit composition and level the surface of the composition and put it back in the fridge for 4 hours, until it becomes hard.
After those 4 hours pour the topping and the fruits on top of it.
