MATERIALS
1 CHICKEN
10 cups cold water
1 onion cut in half
2 carrots cut in half
3 potatoes, quartered
3 stalks celery with leaves
1 tablespoon butter
pepper
salt
8 tablespoons rice for soup
2 eggs
1 lemon
RECIPE
We begin this wonderful soup recipe by washing the chicken and putting it in a large saucepan.
Add the water and allow the chicken to boil.
Throw out the firth water to avoid smell.
Refilled with fresh hot water (we have already boiled).
Allow to boil again and get lower heat, removing the foam slowly.
Then add the remaining ingredients and boil for some time.
When the Chicken is tender, remove all materials, leaving only the broth.
Add the rice.
Let it boil for about one quarter.
In bowl we beat the eggs and the lemon juice to make a mix.
In the same bowl, add a little from the broth and stir well.
Put this mix in the soup quickly and close the heat.
Serve warm
