1 / 2 pound spinach
1 bunch rocket
1 package Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup Parmesan cheese, coarsely
1 / 2 cup walnut kernels
1 / 2 pomegranate
1 box croutons
1 cup olive oil
1 / 2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon mustard
salt-pepper
RECIPE
To make such a healthy recipe, start by washing very well the vegetables and chop into coarse pieces.
In a deep bowl add half the amount of the spinach, the rocket, the cherry tomatoes and the croutons.
Salt well and repeat with the remaining other half of each.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, the walnuts and the pomegranate.
When it is the time to serve the salad, whisk in a shaker the oil, the vinegar, the honey, the mustard, the pepper and drizzle (optional) in the salad.
