MATERIALS:
500 grams ripe tomatoes
2 large onions, chopped
2 sprigs mint, chopped
salt, pepper, cinnamon
flour
Feta Cheese (optional)
oil for frying
RECIPE:
We start by washing, peeling and cut the tomatoes in small pieces .
After we Throw them in a bowl.
Add the salt, the pepper, the mint, the onions, the cinnamon and mix them all together.
Add flour as needed to make a soft paste.
Pour oil to burn in the pan.
Add a tablespoon of the mixture in hot oil.
Allow the tomatoballs to cook from both sides and then drain them on absorbent paper.
They are best served warm.
In the mix we can add a little Greek Feta cheese to make them even more delicious.
