2.5 cups Rice granular
250g. Cleaned MUSSELS
1 large onion
3 / 4 cup olive oil
3 ripe tomatoes
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 clove garlic
basil
salt
pepper
Recipe
Begin this very delicious recipe, and put in a pot oil, chopped onion and mussels. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, grated. Add the tomato paste, garlic, basil, salt, pepper and water about 6.5 cups of tea.
When it starts boiling add rice. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
