MATERIALS:
half a bag of rice
A little butter
Some small sausages
Recipe for Sauce:
Half cream
a little olive oil
vinegar
a little chopped dill
RECIPE:
In a saucepan boil the rice in plenty of water, adding a little salt.
Then strain and Grease.
Add the sausages, cut into small slices after you've passed on some of the pan.
Put the mixture into a form, but pur some butter first as a base to prevent sticking and refrigerate.
In a bowl mix 1/4 cup of cream, 1/2 cup olive oil, and 1/2 cup vinegar and dill.
The sauce and rice will be out just before serving.
