1 kg squash
3 large onions cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon dried mint
5 eggs
1 / 2 pound Greek Feta Cheese
150 gr. Hard cheese, grated

Starting this EASY RECIPE by washing well the squashes and pass the onion grater. Finely chop onions.
Crumble the feta cheese with a fork if it is grated in a deep large bowl and add all the ingredients except the flour and stir until it becomes a mass.
Preserve in the refrigerator.
When you put it out to fry the meatballs, pour the mixture little by little the flour, stirring constantly until you have a thick batter.
In hot oil with a tablespoon add the meatballs to the pan.
Fry them over medium heat, turning until browned well.
Leave them a little on a piece of paper to take away the oil before serving them.
