2 large potatoes
1 / 4 pound feta cheese
100g. cream cheese
2 onions, chopped
2 eggs
1 handful chopped parsley
Pepper

RECIPE
- Start one of the most EASY RECIPES roasting the Eggplants and by boiling potatoes.
- Peel Eggplants and place them in blender along with the potatoes and onions.
- After the mash, put them in a deep platter.
- Add the cheese, the eggs, the parsley and the pepper.
- Stir well until they become homogenous mass.
- Then slowly add the flour until the mixture becomes a thick porridge.
- In a pan with hot oil with a spoon, add one by one.
