 
MATERIALS:
2 1/2 kg potatoes
450 gr. oil
1 Leek
1 cup flour
Salt and pepper
4 leaf village
RECIPE:
Of the 4 sheets prepared, poured into the two regular pan.
If we can buy and ready.
Sprinkle each with 75 grams of oil.
In a bowl cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Add the chopped leek, salt, pepper, one cup of flour and 150 grams of oil.
Mix them all to be a mixture and pour into the pan with the leaves.
This poured well have everywhere the same thickness.
Spread over the 2 sheets, sprinkling each with 75 grams of oil.
Put the pan in the oven until golden brown surface of the pie and the pie is ready.
