MATERIALS:
1 package pasta
250g. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3-4 garlic
little butter for frying
parsley
salt, pepper
RECIPE:
We start boiling the pasta and keep aside.
In another pan, saute mushrooms with garlic, pepper and salt.
Then add the pasta and stir to get the smell of garlic.
Serve with parsley as a garnish.
If you prefer put at the end freshly ground pepper.
