MATERIALS:
3 and a half cups flour
6 cups black olives
2 cups lukewarm water, a little mint rubbed
1 small onion
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup olive oil
RECIPE:
Remove the pits from the olives and chop finely.
Add the mint and chopped onion.
In a large bowl add the flour, baking with olive oil and rub.
Then add the warm water and make a fluid batter.
Add to the mix and olives and mix we have prepared.
Coat a baking sheet and put into the mix.
Bake it moderate oven for 45-60 minutes.
