Free HCG Diet Recipes for HCG Dieters

The HCG diet plan puts you on a strict diet with a limitation to your calorie intake. You are allowed to consume only 500 calories each day. With this rate of calorie intake, the kind of food that you can have is very limited.

The original HCG diet plan lays out a strict menu stating what to eat and what to avoid during the day. It places emphasis on a certain kind of food to be eaten during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not adhering to the HCG diet plan may cause lesser weight loss.

Ingredients:


Cold, cooked shrimp
Fresh salsa
Sugar free tomato Juice
Cilantro
Onion
a little lemon juice

Method:

Mix together the salsa sauce and the shrimp so that the salsa completely covers the shrimp. Add the tomato juice and the remaining ingredients to the shrimp and salsa mixture and mix well.

Add a dash of Tabasco sauce and a little sweetener if the shrimp is too pungent. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste and serve.

Shish Kabobs

Ingredients:

Chicken Pieces - Diced
Onions - diced
Tomato - diced
Vegetable of your choice – cut in to pieces

Method:

Arrange the Chicken chunks, Tomato chunks and the vegetables on a skewer. Season with your favorite herbs and add a dash of lemon juice.

Keep it aside for at least an hour. Grill till done. Serve hot.
This dish gets ready in only 10 minutes (excluding the marinating time).

Ingredients:

Spinach
Lemon Juice

Method:

Spread the Spinach leaves on a mesh. Mix lemon juice and salt in a bowl. Sprinkle this lemon juice and salt mixture on the spinach leaves and dehydrate at 105’ F. Dehydrate until they are crunchy. Serve hot or store it in a container for later use.

You can use your imagination and experiment with the ingredients that you have on hand if it appears on the HCG diet plan list.

You are advised to drink plenty of water and have at least 30 grams of fiber each day to detoxify your body. For breakfast, you are permitted to consume only fluids.
