Ingredients Required:
* Medium sized Green Mango 6
* Cumin Seed 1 tsp dry roasted and ground
* Sugar 3 tsp
* Mint leaves 3 tbsp chopped
* Red Chillli powder tsp
* Salt 1 tsp
* Ice cubes 10 crushed
Preparation Method:
In a large saucepan, put enough water to cover mangoes. Put raw mangoes and bring to boil. Let the mangoes simmer for about ten minutes. Now drain the water and peel mangoes. Pulp the mango with spoon.
You need to place it in a deep bowl and add salt, sugar, red chilli powder and cumin. Whisk the mixture thoroughly and add mint. Serve the smoothie chilled with crushed ice.
