Ingredients Required:
* Whole Wheat Flour 11/2 cup
* Baking Soda 1 Tsp
* Salt According to taste
* White Sugar 1 tsp
* Eggs (beaten) 2
* Butter (melted) 1 cup
* Bananas (mashed) 3
* Mixed Nuts (optional)
Preparation Method:
First, you need to preheat oven to 175°C. Now grease two 7x3 inch loaf pans. Dust these with whole wheat flour.
Whisk whole wheat, salt, baking soda, and sugar in a large bowl. Slowly blend in the beaten eggs, mashed bananas, and melted butter. Now stir in the mixed nuts, if desired. Pour the batter prepared into the pans dusted with flour. Bake this batter for 1hour.
