* Caesar Health Salad
Ingredients Required:
* Lemon Juice 2 tsp
* Olive Oil 2 tsp
* Eggs 2 (optional)
* Iceberg Lettuce 100 gm

* Minced Garlic 2 tsp
* Tomato 1 medium sized
* Worstershire Sauce 1 tsp
* Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preparation Method:
Dressing: Mix eggs and olive oil together in a bowl using a fork. Now add lemon juice slowly. Mix in the minced garlic. Shake in about 3 shakes of Worcestershire sauce. This prepares your dressing.
Salad: Tear iceberg lettuce leaves into bite size pieces and add salad dressing. Now add parmesan cheese and serve fresh.

Ingredients required:
* Carrot 2

* Red chilli paste 10 gm
* Salt according to taste
* Sugarcane Rum

Cut cucumber and tomatoes in to bite sized pieces and put in a large salad bowl. Now add onion slices and olives. Add cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and sprinkle with oregano. Now add salt and pepper. Toss the ingredients gently.
Finally drizzle some olive oil and red wine. Add feta cheese and serve fresh.
