These fats reduce the triglyceride level in your blood and keep the blood in your body thin and less sticky. The also help reduce LDL cholesterol in your body.

Dairy Products such as that of skim milk, low fat cheese, yogurt are very good for your body as they help in breaking the fat cells that have accumulated in your body. They are very good for your health, since they have calcium in them which helps make you bones and teeth stronger.
