Lean is definitely in. If you are lean, you look attractive. You have the advantage wearing the kind of dresses you want and follow the latest fashion trends.

You would also benefit from good health and keep most illnesses at bay. So what is the best way to keep your body lean?




How can you ensure a fit, healthy and lean body? This article will offer you some tips on staying fit and enjoying a healthy life style.

First, you must focus on cutting down your consumption of carbs to stay lean. When you consume large amounts of carbohydrates, you are actually stopping yourself from heading to the path of getting lean and healthy.

You need to specifically cut down on lot of carbs in your diet. Carbs make blood sugar level in the body to rise at a rapid pace.

The insulin clears sugar from your body at a faster pace. This is not good for your body because it can result in blood sugar decreasing to a significant level.

This crash is really harmful. The rapid dip in blood sugar can make you crave more for unhealthy foods and more carbs to gain more energy.

You may not realize that you are stuffing your body with a lot of wrong carbohydrates. This will make you eat more calories. Simple carbohydrates are full of sugar and high calorie contents.

These are not at all helpful for the middle section of your body.

High levels of sugar in the body can result in rise of blood sugar which in turn will make you hungry and crave for wrong carbohydrates.

Make sure that you do not take a lot of simple carbs. Hence, you need to include high fiber options in your diet. These items include whole wheat breads, veggies, fresh fruits, oatmeal, nuts and olive oil.

These items are quite helpful in keeping you full for a long time. This means that you need not crave unnecessary for wrong or junk food items.

Remember that your muscles do not require a lot of carbs. In fact, they do not require carbs at all. Reducing carbs is one of the best ways to lead a healthy life and maintain lean body. Take a lot of vegetables and fruits everyday to reduce your intake of simple carbs.

Also include lean protein and fibrous carbohydrates that contain nutrients required to keep your metabolic rate higher. This will also help you lose a lot of weight.

Cut down on eating carbs that contain higher amounts of sugar and white flour. These are not going to help you in any way other than stuffing your body with unnecessary flab.

Drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water in a day will definitely help you in losing weight. Also increase your intake of green tea to accelerate weight loss process.

Cutting down on simple carbs will help you a lot in keeping your body lean, fit and attractive.
